Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–2 business days.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the account. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur a standard processing fee of up to ৳50 per transaction, which will be displayed clearly before the withdrawal is confirmed. Processing times for approved withdrawals are: same day for mobile wallet withdrawals submitted before 8:00 p.m. BST; 1–2 business days for bank transfers.
333bad reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is substantially larger than the player's historical activity pattern or where automated risk detection systems have flagged the transaction. This is a fraud prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
333bad offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus rules and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are credited in two forms: as bonus funds (which carry a wagering requirement before withdrawal) or as free spins (winnings from which also carry a wagering requirement). In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including but not limited to server disconnection, game engine error, or payment processing failure — 333bad will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet. 333bad's decision in these matters is final and binding.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 333bad platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where the conduct is unlawful.
333bad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email within 48 hours. During a suspension period, no deposits, withdrawals, or wagers can be processed. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and any funds that were held during the suspension period will be made available immediately.
Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed terms violation, any real-money balance remaining in the account wallet may be withheld pending recovery of losses attributable to the violation. Bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full. 333bad is under no obligation to provide a detailed explanation of the specific evidence that led to the closure decision where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or third-party data obligations.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for reasons unrelated to responsible gaming (for example, because they no longer wish to use the platform) may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary account closures are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been met.
